I am an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with substantial major firm and in house legal and commercial experience.

I established Goodman General Counsel Services in 2010 in order to provide my key clients with in house legal services.

I was formerly a Partner with Truman Hoyle (now Bird&Bird). Prior to that I was senior counsel with The Australian Gas Light Company (AGL) and a Senior Associate with Baker & McKenzie.

During my time with Truman Hoyle, I undertook a number of in-house secondment roles including roles with a major technology consulting firm and a merchant bank.

I specialise in providing general counsel, corporate, commercial and information technology legal services including consulting services, sales contracts, technology licensing and services, acquisitions and divestments, fund raisings, purchase agreements and tenders.

During my time with AGL I was involved in large scale acquisitions and corporate restructuring as well as regulatory related advice and litigation.

While at Baker & McKenzie I was involved in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters and was awarded the Baker & McKenzie International Graduate Studies Scholarship completing a Masters of Law at the University of London (UCL).
